Booking Policies

 

  1. Reservation Deposit: To secure your catamaran charter,  a 50% deposit is required and balance is due 24 hours prior to departure date.  The deposit is non-refundable unless Let's Go Sailing cancels the trip, 

  2. Flexible Cancellation Policy:

    For tours cancelled outside of the following time periods, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows:

    • 24 hours or less: no refund
    • 48 hours or less: 50% cancellation fee
    • 96 hours or less: 25% cancellation fee
    • 96+ hours: full refund
  3. Payment Schedule:  A deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is due XX days prior to departure date.The remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours prior to departure. If balance is not recieved by this due date, the deposit is non-refundable and the charter will be cancelled.
  4. Weather Policy: in case the charter needs to be canceled due to severe weather, a  refund or credit will be offered

  5. Guest Count Changes: Please let us know if you have guest count changes. You may adjust the number of guests in your party (1-10) any time prior to the departure date. If adding guests more than 10 persons, please inform us minimum 3 days prior to departure date to revise pricing and adjust menus. Please note we have a maximum guest count of 15 persons. 

  6. Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as dietary preferences,  water sports equipment, or specific destinations, make sure to discuss these with the charter company beforehand. Some additional services may come with extra costs.

  7. Insurance: The charter company may have insurance coverage for the catamaran and its crew, but it's essential to clarify the extent of this coverage and understand your responsibilities as guests.

  8. Late Arrival Policy: Check if there's a policy regarding late arrivals. Be aware that arriving late might result in a shortened trip, and you may not be eligible for a refund for the time missed.

  9. Age and Licensing Requirements: If you plan to sail the catamaran yourself, make sure to understand any age or licensing requirements. Some charter companies may require you to hire a professional skipper if you don't meet specific qualifications.
